So, it's been a while. Unfortunately, life seems to be getting in the way of actually being very active online, which of course hurts both myself and you as a reader and a follower. I do apologize for that. I try to get updates to my Facebook page and twitter as often as possible, so always remember to have those liked and followed for more current information.
It's September again, which of course means, La Crosse ComicCon (LC3) was held again at the La Crosse Public Library this past weekend. This was an upgrade from last year, being a two day (technically 3 with the Friday night movie) convention. We had around 24 vendors/artists in attendance and a visit of the 501st Legion on Sunday.
I love going to cons and little author get togethers and absolutely love this convention (not just 'cause it's in my town) because of the size. Attendees don't get the feeling of being hurried, you can spend more than 5 minutes talking to a specific artist and many of them are open to doing commissions (most get done the day or the weekend of the con).

As you may see, there is a new book completed for this years con. I am working on getting the book page updated with the book information and links for purchasing. There will be another quick update on the blog and the social media when that is completed.
I am also waiting to hear back on details on another convention I may be attending as a vendor in October. Keep an eye on the blog and the social media accounts to see if/when that is confirmed.
Thanks again for all who attended the LC3 convention this year. I am looking forward to see where this convention goes next year and into the future.
Also - if you look closely - you can see yours truly hidden in the background of this report on the local news... (hint: look for the big concrete looking sign).
