So here we are again, in a brand new year.
I've been absent for a while, unfortunately, due to circumstances both personal and profession related. But, I am here now, so let's get this thing rolling.
I've been absent for a while, unfortunately, due to circumstances both personal and profession related. But, I am here now, so let's get this thing rolling.
First things first, a quick update. I am still in the process of completing my science fiction book which has been pushed aside for a time due to outside issues. I am still hoping to have this released before summer gets into full swing.
Secondly, I have no forgotten about my ebook works. Those are in the pile of things to get done a.s.a.p.
Thirdly, I have my books available for order by libraries and brick and mortar stores so if you cannot locate my books nearby, and do not want to order through online, go into your local public library or Barnes & Noble, and request them by name.
Finally, a short note for those who are near my area. I have books available once again at Pearl Street Books. I am also working on grabbing a booth at an authors showcase on Saturday May 3rd from 8am to 3pm held by the Wisconsin Writers Association. It is open to the public and will have a variety of authors there selling their books and discussing their works. You can find more information here.
In other news, I have a movie that I have seen recently that I am recommending to anyone who enjoys literature and writing.
The first is "Ruby Sparks". This is a wonderfully fun and dramatic look at the life of a writer whose object of his latest work becomes truly real. Anyone who has ever felt a severe connection with their characters (myself included) would find this a funny, while serious at times, look at relationships and writing.
This is definitely going into my "to buy" list for my DVD collection.
Anyway, that is about enough of my ramblings for now. I will return shortly and hopefully have better news for everyone.
Til then.
