There's a statement out there about the best laid plans of mice and men. Such a statement is going to be used in this situation. I had set up a goal for myself to add to this blog more this year, and here it is the middle of September. You see how well I do with self goals that don't deal with fiction writing.
How about I start with what I've been up to so far.
Well firstly, I was at the May Wisconsin Writers Association Conference tied in with Lakefly Writers in Oshkosh. That was a great event and the keynote speaker of Michael Perry was quite fun. You can see photos and videos of this event on my facebook page.
I am currently working on a display to be at the La Crosse Comic-Con this weekend, September 19th. Sorry about the short notice, but this was a quick thing that just kind of happened. I will be in the vendor and artist area from 9am to 4:30pm at the Main Street Library in La Crosse. Come on by and see me, and buy a book... or two... or three...or buy me out.
I'll be working on a big more information for my next post next month. I'm in the works of setting up an appearance for NaNoWriMo in November. More details should be available in October.
